  1. The chili cheese dip sounds yummy :) Here's a recipe for an 8-layer dip that's really good, too:

  2. OK, sorry the link got cut off - here's the recipe:

8 ounces Cream Cheese -- softened
    1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 cup Guacamole
    1 cup Salsa
    1 cup Shredded Lettuce
    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions
    2 tablespoons Sliced Ripe Olives

Combine the cream cheese and taco seasoning until well blended. Evenly spread the mixture on the bottom of a pie plate. Evenly spread the guacamole over the cheese. Spread a layer of salsa over the guacamole. Evenly sprinkle the lettuce on top next; then the cheese, onions, and olives. Refrigerate. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
