dinner - leftovers
Monday - fish, sweet potato fries, peas
Tuesday - asian grilled chicken and veggie skewers, brown rice
Wednesday - spaghetti and meatballs (i'm using lean ground beef), salad
Thursday - homemade baked chicken strips, roasted potatoes, salad
Friday - Singapore shrimp, brown rice, peas
Saturday - free day
