Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

This is GOOD!

Use this marinade for the chicken and broccoli.

I used 5 chicken tenders cut into pieces and about 3 cups of fresh chopped broccoli. You may use more or less depending on your family.

Put the chicken and broccoli in separate zip top bags and pour half of the marinade in each bag and leave in the fridge for a few hours. (don't leave too long in the marinade or it will be too salty)

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok or pan and cook chicken until mostly cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add the broccoli and cook until done and then add the chicken back to wok and finish cooking.

Serve over rice.

  3. Are you nursing? Do you eat broccoli and nurse? If so, how does the little guy react?

  4. Rachel, I am nursing exclusively and haven't notice any issues with eating broccoli.
