1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2-1/2 pounds steak
Mix in a resealable bag and add steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat: refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
*I used thin rib eyes so I only marinaded for about 4 hrs. and it was just right.
