Breakfasts - oatmeal, eggs, toast, fruit
Lunches - homemade chicken and rice soup, salad, sandwiches, fruit, sliced veggies
Monday - meatball Subs, salad
Tuesday - chicken quesadillas, mexican rice
Wednesday - meatloaf, mac n cheese, peas
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - Spaghetti, salad
Meatloaf Tip - (I saw Paula Deen do this and it makes a big difference)
Place slices of bread underneath your meatloaf in baking dish and it will absorb the excess fat. Just discard the bread when your meatloaf is done.
