Chicken Salad is one of my favorite quick meals during the Summer. I have made many variations over the years, but this particular one is our favorite combination.
1 rotisserie chicken, de-boned and chopped
mayo (I just add a little at a time until desired consistency has been reached)
1-2 tsp dill weed
1/8 cup chopped green onions or red onions
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients with fork and then serve.
