saturday - a meal made up of random appetizers (steamed shrimp, crab nachos, turkey roll-ups, homemade pimento cheese on crackers)
sunday - lo mein and egg rolls
monday - lasagna and salad
tuesday - roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli
wednesday - leftovers
thursday - roast, rice, and veggies
friday- bbq sandwiches made from leftover roast and fruit
